"I appreciate the notification but if payment is not received when accounting checks payments due it will be cancelled. Sometimes a few days might be squeezed in but I cannot promise anything. It is Golden Week in Japan so since there are public holidays (and we don't count public holidays for payment due) your payment due date it will be the 10th. Thanks. "
